Their kanpachi with Molokai sweet potatoes is a great entree, and I love that they serve Gildas as a nod to Basque Country in Spain. We had so much fun going to get the updated happy hour info at Cafe Mambo! It was my first time there this past week and I was really impressed. The place is super cute, as is the whole of downtown Paia. We found parking pretty easily around the corner. These happy hour drink specials are the best in Paia right now as far as I know.
We had some awesome cocktails and the big sample platter that’s pictured above. It’s always fun to walk around and check out the shops and things in downtown Paia. Excellent area for people watching. And I’ve always been in love with Baldwin Beach Park, which is just before you come into downtown Paia (coming from the Kahului direction).
Definitely check out the Cafe Mambo happy hour next time you’re in Paia, Maui.
