“Maui Brew is an awesome spot for a meal and a great beer. We come here regularly with our grandkids at happy hour. After the meal the kids get to run around in the lower garden, usually with a bunch of other kids. Anand the people supervising the kids can enjoy a beer down there too. Great value at happy hour does mean lots of kids though, so if you don’t like kids, maybe try later in the evening.”

“This review is for Happy Hour, since that’s when we dropped by. Great Happy Hour specials, including $1 off drafts and half-price select appetizers. For food, we got the sriracha fries and the huli huli chicken bites. Both tasted great and had a spectacular amount of food at the Happy Hour price point.
For beers, we sampled the Karoshi, Barefoot Brew, Lahaina Town Brown, and Sunshine Girl. The clear favorite was the Sunshine Girl. It should definitely be made into a year-round drink!”

“I have long been a fan of Maui Brewing Company and I have been going there since the early days when they were located in a warehouse. So going to this new location was one absolutely a dream come true.
This is one of my favorite brewery experiences that I have ever had, and I have been to over 500 breweries in my life! The sustainability, aesthetics of the brewery, and quality of the beer is top notch! Having their beer from the source is pure joy and their POG renditions and local food inspirations are amazing! Their tank farm is absolutely mesmerizing and makes for some great shots as well.
This is absolutely one of my favorite places to visit on Maui and I look forward to visiting the brewery the next time I am out on the island!”

“Love this place. Beers for the adventurous and the casual drinker as well as fun cocktails and a variety of juice blends for the kids. Go for happy hour! $10 pizzas make this one of the best deals on the island and probably the best pizza I’ve had in a long time.
Considering this is a brewery, it is was very family friendly. They had lots of indoor and outdoor seating, high chair for my little one and staff were very sweet with her. There are yard games and lots of open seating in the garden to hang out with friends and family while a enjoying a good brew. Mahalo!”

“A brewery that serves spirits has definitely won over my heart and five stars! We only had drinks on our last visit so I cant speak to the food, but the drink system was very interesting and different. It all automated via a QR code, order and pay through a website and someone just brings the drink to your table.
I thoroughly enjoyed getting to try some of the Spirits on their menu, the gin and tonic was good and novel because it was local gin and maui brew co tonic (on the sweeter side). We loved getting to watch live music and once that was over we went and played corn hole. Awesome ambiance and super friendly staff. Grace is the absolute best!”

“What a beautiful brewery! I don’t drink beer at all so this was a trip for my husband but I’m glad I came. They by far have the best brewery food I’ve ever had. The employees were so friendly as well. I recommend grabbing a bite on the weekend and then catching the tour right after. Don’t miss out on the sriracha fries.
The tour is well worth the price as your will try their beer after and hear more about their history and mission. *If you don’t drink alcohol like myself, the root beer here is the best root beer I’ve ever had! Highly recommend giving it a shot.”

We just updated the happy hour info for Maui Brewing Co in Kihei! After visiting, I am really impressed by how they’ve been able to adapt post-shutdown. They’ve turned their huge lawn into a wonderful outdoor seating area with a great view. Their main dining room has those giant open doors so that was already kind of indoor/outdoor. Everything is socially distanced and folks are wearing masks. The beer is, of course, phenomenal and brewed right there onsite. This is a must-do happy hour when you are on Maui. Don’t miss it.

Thanks for sharing. Do you have any updated information on hours during COVID-19 times? I thought they had pick-up available on Saturdays and Tuesdays, but I can’t find that information posted.
We just updated the happy hour menu at Maui Brew Co in Kihei! You simply can’t come to south Maui without stopping at Maui Brewing Co. They have tons of fun games to play on the brewpub side like Connet 4, Jenga, etc. The new restaurant side looks incredible and the food is great over there. Pretty sure you can order restaurant stuff on the brewpub side also. I love that they have live music every day during happy hour. Of course, the beer is to die for, especially the Imperial Coconut Porter. And lastly, let’s just all acknowledge that this place is completely covered in solar panels. Cheers and hats off to Maui Brew Co!
