My dear friend hosted her pre-wedding friends and family gathering here, and as her MoH, I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect spot for her and her fiance. It was gorgeous and glamorous, and suited them to a tee. The food was endless platters of perfectly made, perfectly fresh sushi rolls (heaven!), and the cocktails were fresh and delicious. Service was smooth and attentive, the way any private party shouldn’t be, and we had free reign to wander the beautiful White Lotus-esque Fairmont grounds and take as many photos as we wanted to make ourselves look like 1%ers.”

“Best “hidden gem” in Wailea. Food, drinks, atmosphere, and especially the service are incredible. Pilina is probably the best hotel “lobby bar” I have ever been to. There’s an area to sit for more formal dining, but the open views to the Pacific from the bar are unmatched. Couldn’t recommend this spot more. We were able to walk in at peak hours without a reservation which was great. We canceled multiple dinner reservations over our stay to re-visit this spot.”
