Mahalo Aleworks crafts its beers with hyper-local, native, and foraged ingredients, showcasing the island’s biodiversity. From sours bursting with tropical fruits to classic IPAs, stouts, and the signature Hibiscus Blonde Ale, the rotating tap list offers something for every palate. “I love this brewery. We visit from Vancouver, Canada (where craft breweries are an important part of our culture), and this is by far the best beer on the island, and the only brewery we’ve been to that makes an excellent sour or saison, or really has a wide assortment of beers. Amazing variety and they are ALL excellent. We ordered pizza from next door at Marlow (you are allowed to bring it into Mahalo), and enjoyed our flights. You can take a crowler of your favourite beers to go. This time it was Mr Weisse Guy and we enjoyed it later on the beach. I only wish that local grocery stores and bars carried their beers! We will be back!”
