Kula Lodge & Restaurant has announced a sumptuous Thanksgiving Buffet set to take place on Thursday, November 23rd, from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.
The menu promises a gourmet experience, featuring a selection of salads that are both vegan and gluten-free, such as Organic Baby Spinach with Big Island Papaya and Ginger Lilikoi Dressing, Upcountry Baby Greens with Lavender Vinaigrette, and a Roasted Butternut Squash Quinoa Salad with Pomegranate Vinaigrette. Artisanal cheeses, dried nuts, tropical fruits, and seasonal berries will also grace the table alongside Hawaiian Sweet Bread Rolls served with Passion Fruit Butter.
The carving station will be a focal point, presenting a Hawaiian Salt and Garden Herb Crusted Prime Rib with an array of condiments, Day Boat Mahi Mahi accented with Heirloom Tomatoes and Capers, and a Guava and Cane Sugar Glazed Ham complemented by Toasted Maui Onion Mustard, all of which are gluten-free options.
