On Thursday, November 23, 2023, Cafe O’Lei at The Plantation is hosting a Thanksgiving buffet from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. The restaurant, known for its American and Pacific Rim cuisine, is situated at 1670 Honoapiilani Hwy, Waikapu, HI 96793 within the Maui Tropical Plantation, providing a scenic backdrop for the occasion.
The buffet menu features traditional Thanksgiving fare alongside some unique offerings:
Roast Tom Turkey: Accompanied by giblet gravy, a classic staple for Thanksgiving.
Stuffing: A flavorful mix of sage, sausage, and shiitake mushrooms.
Vegetable Gratin: A gratin of Brussels sprouts and cauliflower.
Sweet Potatoes and Yams: Candied Moloka’i sweet potatoes and yams.
Cranberry Marmalade: A sweet and tangy accompaniment.
Carved Roast Prime Rib: Served au jus with creamed horseradish.
Roast Pork: Accompanied by pan gravy.
Sauteed Mahi Mahi: Served with ginger butter and Kumu farms papaya salsa.

The pricing for the buffet is $56.00 per adult and $28.00 per keiki (children aged 4-12). Additionally, a 20% service fee and Hawaii state tax will be applied to the bill. Please note that the restaurant will be closed for regular breakfast, lunch, and dinner service on this date, and will only be serving the Thanksgiving buffet.

We have come here three times during our recent visit to Maui. Absolutely the best happy hour on the island! And the most delicious ahi tuna nachos I’ve ever tasted! The ambience is spectacular and so is the food and the service. This place is a real treasure.
