About Duckine:
Duckine is a nod to a popular local Hawaiian expression ‘Da Kine’ and we combined our key ingredient, Duck! Expressing the culture and attitude, while hinting at the cuisine of a duck-centric menu full of edge, unique flair, and lots of flavors.
Duckine is inspired by food and family. The restaurant previously in our location was a family-owned Chinese restaurant and a local favorite. Wanting to keep the influence, we draw from our guests, local community, and ingredients.
Focusing on food, family, and fusing local culture with Chinese cuisine, the menu crafted by the talented Executive Chef & Owner Alvin Savella is unique, inspired, and innovative.
Our team is composed of multicultural backgrounds with experience from a variety of different levels of hospitality that influence the atmosphere, style, cuisine, and cocktails. We want to bring something different to the table in order to create the memorable experience that we strive to give to our guests, through aloha, through hospitality, through food, to create a memorable experience for the whole family.
Duckine is located at 1312 Front Street in Lahaina, HI. Happy Hour at Duckine is from 2pm-5pm and 8pm-10pm daily and features discounted beer, wine, cocktails, and appetizers.
