“We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Ama Bar and Grill at the Fairmont in Maui. Nick and Noel were behind the bar and served us amazing cocktails and we also had an awesome lunch of fish tacos and burgers.

The setting was great- overlooking the pool ( part of the bar is a swim up bar) and the food was reasonably priced (for Hawaii) and great quality but what stood out to us the most was the way that Nick and Noel made us feel super welcome and pampered but in a chill and relaxed way.

They embody the Aloha Spirit and solidified to us that Fairmont does it right. We are sold on this hotel chain based on the experiences we had both at the Maui and Big Island Fairmont Resorts due to the excellent staff.

“What a beautiful location the food was spectacular and the service was so amazing. Everyone there was so pleasant and so helpful but our main waitress was Kayla and she sure did give us such a wonderful experience.

“Kimchi and Gochujang korean fried chicken wings, Maui Chopped Salad, and Chicken Quesadillas for the kids? Count me in!! What I love about AMA Bar and Grill is their unique lunch options that you can enjoy by the pool!

The chicken wings were our favorite! It is sweet and spicy and so delicious. The kids enjoyed their quesadillas and they gave a generous amount of sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.

The chopped salad was so simple yet so delicious. Just the idea of enjoying a fresh salad by the pool made it taste a thousand times better.  Love the addition of the avocado, and capers on a salad?

Who would’ve ever thought it would make a salad taste so good! I’d love to come back here again and enjoy their other menu options! Also, bartenders and servers were so friendly and helpful.”
