PHOTOS: St. Patrick’s Day 2022 at Mulligans on the Blue
By Russell Snyder
Maui Happy Hours was recently invited to attend the St. Patrick’s Day celebration at Mulligans on the Blue in Wailea, Maui, HI.
No one was happier than I to see St. Patrick’s day parties resume post-pandemic, and nobody does St. Patrick’s Day on Maui like Mulligans on the Blue. Mulligans, as it is known by Maui locals, is owned by a real Irishman and Maui transplant named Mike O’Dwyer. Their menu features authentic Irish food as well as an extensive selection of Irish whiskey and beers.
This year’s St. Patrick’s Day celebration at Mulligans featured all-day music by the Celtic Connection – Tempa and Naor with Willy Wainright, Orion Hitzig, Matt Del Olmo, & Justin Morris, The Isle of Maui Pipe Band with World Champion Jack Lee, soloist Murray Thorne, and the legendary local Maui band Kanekoa.
With an invitation from Mike and Mulligans on the Blue manager Shasta Barnett, the Maui Happy Hours team, this time consisting of myself and Maui Happy Hours social media coordinator Kayla DeLong, joined in the fun to shoot photos, make social media posts, and enjoy the wonderful music (and perhaps have a few Guinnesses as well ;-).
Check out the photos below as well as the links that follow and stay tuned for next year’s St. Patrick’s Day celebration. The Mulligans crew assures us 2023 will be even better. Lastly, don’t forget to check out happy hour at Mulligans on the Blue.
