About: At Maui Thai Bistro the emphasis is on both authentic and contemporary Thai food. The owners all grew up cooking and eating Thai food, but the Thai culture is an open, living culture, and their food mirrors that fact.
In the words of Thomas Wolfe, you can’t go home again, so while many of their mainstay dishes will reflect their nostalgia for the food they grew up with, patrons will find an extensive selection of innovative and exciting new dishes at the intersection of both authentic and contemporary.
Much emphasis is placed on local seasonal ingredients, organically farmed where possible and without man-wrought poisons such as MSG!
According to these Maui Thai Bistro diners:
“Absolutely delicious. I had The Yellow Curry with vegetables and brown rice. It was freshly made to order and came out steaming hot with medium spice which was perfect. I was there around 12:30 and the restaurant wasn’t very busy with diners but the sweet waitress never stopped running the entire time I was there. So many take out orders. Under normal non-Covid conditions I would have given 3 stars only because it took soooo long for my food to arrive. The wait is definitely worth every second. Just don’t go if your in any kind of hurry.”

“Very good Thai food, probably one of the best I’ve had in a while! They have some unique takes on traditional Thai dishes like the Drunken Rice and macadamia nut curries.”

“Delicious food. We ordered the turmeric potato and rolls. Those were really good. The curries, and fried rice were also really good. Upon request they made everything vegan and did not use fish sauce as well. Highly recommend this place.”

“We came here for dinner and was seated right away. The staff here is very friendly. We ordered the beef pad kee mow and chicken Tom yum stir fry and both were delicious. We are big fans of Tom yum and so once we saw the stir fry and the Tom yum fried rice, we debated hard on which to get. If you’re looking for just a dish to eat then choose stir fry. If you want fried rice, then I would suggest to get it although we didn’t get a chance to try it. Their Tom yum seasoning is very good.”
