About: Seascape Restaurant, known for its picturesque view of Māʻalaea Bay, island-inspired cuisine, and cocktails, is officially open for lunch from 11am to 3 pm daily.
Seascape Restaurant is a favorite among kama‘āina and visitors alike. Our award-winning restaurant offers an enticing menu of island-inspired cuisine along with spectacular views of Mā‘alaea Harbor.
It’s the perfect dining destination to relax and watch for humpback whales or surfers, depending on the season. Seascape Restaurant is a Platinum Certified “Ocean Friendly Restaurant.”
This recognition reflects our longtime dedication to serving a menu that is healthy, sustainable, environmentally friendly, and delicious all at once.
In support of our local farmers and island sustainability, Chef Enrique “Henry” Tariga has created a new, seasonal menu with a sense of place. Farm fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, including Hawaiʻi’s unique canoe crops, along with grass-fed ranch protein, are a staple. Maʻalaea’s fishermen will source fresh fish for a daily featured special with Chef Henry’s island-infused and locally-harvested accompaniments.
Menu favorites have been enhanced with signature Polynesian and Asian-inspired recipes without taking away their reason for popularity.
Due to required restaurant capacity guidelines, reservations are strongly recommended.
According to these Seascape Maui patrons:
“We are so impressed with Seascape Maalaea Restaurant, we have been five times in 7 weeks. Chef Henry has completely redone the menu. It is amazing. The daily fish special is always outstanding and the Ahi Poke Nachos with taro chips is wonderful. The view of the harbor is very beautiful . James and his staff are very attentive to their guests without being obtrusive. I highly recommend a trip to the Maui Ocean Center and lunch at Seascape.”Michael W., November 2021
“We ate a late lunch at Seascape after going to the Maui Ocean Center. Right now they are only open 11-3. The food was good. I highly recommend their apple banana creme brulee! The views aren’t bad either overlooking Maalaea Bay.”Katie B., November 2021
“This restaurant was phenomenal while my boyfriend and I were in Maui. We went in after finishing up at the aquarium and left feeling so full! The food was delicious, their fresh fish of the day was Mahi mahi and we were so impressed. Our servers name was Chris, the service was very fast and he was amazing! When we get the chance to come back to Maui, I know we’ll stop by here again!”Cailey J., November 2021
“The view at Seascape is perfect really no matter where you sit but my husband and I sat facing all the gorgeous Māalaea Bay I had read ahead of time about chef Henry and was impressed this turned out to be one of the best meals we ate on Maui. We started with the Harbor chips & salsa ended up ordering more the large taro chips and sweet potatoes were amazing we are so used to tortilla chips and the salsa very fresh, my husband had the Chef’s fish poke bowl large amounts of ruby-red tuna our wonderful wait staff “Aries” he explained nothing is ever frozen everything is local I had the Upcountry Fields greens Salad with the catch of the day absolutely amazing I just can’t forget this salad, unlike any salad I have ever had large slices of beets the presentation of these meals was so awesome they looked straight out of a magazine!”Jolina S., October 2021
Happy Hour at Seascape is from 11am-3pm daily featuring discounted draft beers and picturesque harbor views.
