Welcome to Piska Food Truck, “Hawaii’s first ceviche food truck, where South America meets Maui”. Piska Food Truck specializes in a variety of South American dishes such as Ecuadorian ceviche, pata de res, seco de pollo, patacones, piska rice, and more.

Keeping with its authentic nature, Piska offers a selection of Latin American beverages including Inca Cola, Jarritos soda, Boing mango juice, and glass bottle Coca-Cola (the Mexican kind).

The owners of Piska Food Truck source the freshest possible ingredients, from locally owned and operated farms and fisherman when possible.

Piska Food Truck is located at the Kihei Food Truck Garden at 1 Piikea Ave in Kihei, Maui which is adjacent to the Long’s Drugs store.
