About: Polli’s is a well-known Maui Mexican restaurant and cantina serving all your favorite Mexican dishes plus delicious half-pound grilled burgers, vegetarian dishes, and salads with house-made dressings such as lime vinaigrette, cashew garlic, and ranch.
Polli’s is located in the heart of Makawao, a historic community of 7,000 residents known for being the hub of Upcountry Maui, a part of the island dominated by mostly agriculture and ranch land.

Currently, Polli’s is open for dine-in and takeout from Monday-Friday from 4pm-8pm and Saturday & Sunday 11am-8pm. Happy Hour at Polli’s Mexican Restaurant is Monday-Friday from 4pm-5pm and features discounted margaritas, well drinks, tacos, and nachos.
